Finalmente un diario per tracciare gli allenamenti come si deve.
Essenziale, rapido, intuitivo, personalizzabile con centinaia di esercizi pre-caricati con tanto di gif stilizzata a ricordartene l’esecuzione.
Di immediata lettura i grafici con i dati aggregati degli allenamenti svolti.
Di app ne ho provate a decine, questa è nettamente la più aderente alla realtà di chi alza pesi senza tanti fronzoli.
