I love how it is tailored to your personal needs it makes my health goal attainable even in my own eyes. I also love how motivational it is and after the workout you feel like you actually did it that you accomplished something even though it is light and lazy yoga.

I figured after paying for it after the 28 days it would start a new exercise routine, nope, pay for the year and it’s just those 28 days and too simple of exercises

I was comfortable performing all but the push up with feet on chair.
