Maybe for some folks this is the app for losing weight and fitness I find it dissatisfying. Reason for it being that the exercises seem mostly silly, added to the routine just because they can be added and filled about not giving any results. I have given it the benefit of the doubt, but still I don’t notice anything After sometime Don’t waste your money this is not it!
They say you can try for free, but it’s not! First you have to answer a dozen personal questions. Then you have to purchase an abo for 1, 3 or 12 months before you can try.
I signed up for a year, got a 28 day simple exercise plan and thats all. No nutrition info or anything else. Once i completed the 28 days, I expected a new harder workout but theres nothing just the same 28 day routine. What a rip off

it’s not true. they are lairs it’s a scam nothing is for free they ask high prices it’s crazy. I showed this to my trainer fysiotherapy they say it’s very bad to train like this way. it’s not recommended for every body. i’m not buying this, it’s a scam.
I get an overload of this app and “ it’s completely free” stop advertising or please or be honest and tell in the add that you have to pay for it. Shame on you.
