Unreliable customer service
I don’t recommend doing shopping via lightinginthebox… No light at all, at least for me through what I experienced. I ordered 5 pieces varies between dresses, t-shirts and pants. One dress arrived torn in chest area, while the other one has smudges. t-shirt has issue with the hem which is smaller than the head opening, and the rest of the items are low quality products. When I requested to return the items, the customer service team massaged me that they are sorry the products were not up to expectations and they contacted the suppliers and informed they about the issues. However, if I want to return it, I have to pay for shipping the items back to china which approximately equivalent to order cost or the other solution is to keep the items a get 30% refund. Seriously!!
