Should add pay at delivery for payments as most sites . Thanks

First of all we would like to thank Rosane! Further would request you to not to charge delivery charges since the prices are already at higher side.

لا يمكنك تتبع طلباتك وأيضاً تحضير الطلبات بطيئة جداً جداً جداً لذا أنصح بعدم تجربة التسويق من هذا المتجر

لا توجد مصداقية اذا دفعت اون لاين تأكدوا ان فلوسكم راحت عليكم و اذا قدمتم شكوى يقولوا لكم هم ما سحبوا شي و راجعوا البنك و لما تراجعوا البنك تتأكدوا انهم سحبوا كامل المبلغ و لما يتحشروا بالاثبات يحولوها نقاط لكم في التطبيق اقل من المبلغ الي يسحبوه و يحطوا لها تاريخ انتهاء بإختصار اهربوا لا توجد مصداقية

سعدت بالتعامل معها مصداقيه وسرعة تجاوب ودعم لامحدود لقد كان لي تجربه جميله مع السيد وكيلي الينا في سرعة التجاوب في تسريع طلبية خاصه فيني فتحيه له وللشركة

صور الفساتين والمنتجات التي في التطبيق تخالف المنتجات والفساتين التي نستللمها الخامات والأقمشة رديئة التصاميم مقلدة وليست اللي في الصور أبدا وهذا نصب على العملاء أرجو لكم الخسارة والخذلان يا لصوص

بعد التجربة وشراء منتجات عديدة لم اجد مصداقية بالتعامل ووجدت ان الاسعار مبالغ فيها بشكل كبير مقارنة مع مواقع كثيره غير هذا الموقع وشحنات متأخره .. بأختصار تضييع للوقت والمال .

Little good

i ordered clothes from them and it appears that i bought low quality with high price and most of what i order is not the same as their photos in the app. shipping takes really long time like minimum 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. if you want to return it back its not like they open a returning ticket for you and send the carrier to collect the items but you have to do the proccess of returning by youself like you have to stop by the carrier and pay the shipment back and send the tracking number to them and wait for ages to get your money back, really unprofessional beginners in the bussiness. by the way when you contact them in the app expect reply withen 12hrs. they have only one way for buying which is buy first then they ship they dont have another options like pay when arrive. poor app low quality items, high price, slow shipping . they deserve zero rate….
