Uiteindelijk moet je een wachtwoord intypen alleen hij zegt de hele tijd dat ik een fout wachtwoord intyp wat doe ik verkeerd? Ik hoor het graag!

Geweldig systeem!

De izettle reader valt uit, en moet telkens opnieuw geconnect worden, beide partijen weten niet waar het aan ligt.

Wanneer ik een tafel heb geselecteerd een artikel en aantal heb geselecteerd kom ik niet verder doordat er onderaan het scherm een balk met het woord tafel in de weg zit (iPhone SE)

I started out in EPOS 30 years ago as an engineer and now operate multiple locations and this is the best EPOS on the market for food service establishments. I’ve spent years looking and working with many other systems but this is by far the best. I can not fathom why someone left a poor review for Lightspeed, all I can say is try it after you’ve tried a couple of others and you’ll know what I mean. The technology is great, support is first class and price gives the best bang for the bucks!

It's a great app, but I prefer it to have it in 6 plus resolution. I hope I'll see it soon.

Dit is echt een super oplossing voor en kassa in de horeca. En veel beter dan bv Eijsink..

On st Patrick’s day 7 pm full resto - APP goes BLACK couldn’t open any tab. Hundreds of drinks rung in ~ everything gone ….. WHY YOU ASK? ( you might need to sit for this one ) SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE. AGAIN AT 7 PM ON ST PATRICKS DAY - FOR ONE FULL HOUR. ALL CLEARED - EVEN THE COMPUTERS IN THE BACK. FOOD IN FRYERS -OVENS -BURGERS ON GRILL COMPUTERS CLEARED WITH NO IDEA WHAT GOES WITH WHAT. HAD TO HAND CALCULATE BILLS. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE AND NOT ONE PERSON WOULD ANSWER TO HELP US FOR AN HOUR WE WERE CALLING IT WAS BEYOND.

I’m sorry to say it, because it’s a Montreal based company, but I don’t understand how come they are still on the market. Far behind any American company I ever worked with. The app lack of simple details that would make life easier. Customer service and support??? Apart they are located outside Canada, they don’t know almost anything, 4 of them they told me the MEV doesn’t need configuration when you change to wifi connectivity, all the ones I called they told me a SP 742 printer works with Deliverect, when Deliverect clearly stated it doesn’t…. A big NO for this company. Go somewhere else!
