I just downloaded the app and purchased coins. My account still shows No order in Recoverable Order. When I go to Customer Service I am sent straight to Facebook Messenger to be sent the message that it is ON VACATION and to leave my ID # and explain my problem. I guess I am out of luck until ‘Customer Service’ gets back from vacation? Not impressed and want a refund!😡
Very good books/stories but the prices are ridiculous. I have no problem paying a reasonable price to read a book and to help support the writer, but purchasing the book at a store is far far cheaper to purchase than to read on this app.

Having trouble canceling subscription. One month doesn’t cover o e book.
For the amount of money you charge to read a book with the only way to get bonus points is to check in or read for over 10 minutes. Ask your authors to upload more than 5 little chapters a day please!!! A very unhappy reader
