Cannot canceled on

I was trying to stop the ride from 10.40 pm but I face some application error that’s why I can’t stop the ride then I consulted your employee and I keep the scooter there at 10.40. I saw that all are facing the same problem there . And I stop the application just before I hope you will charge only until 10.40

Expensive

Even though it's convenient, the fare is super expensive especially you just ride for fun. The system and connection is good though

Today I had 1 ride. I the beginning I had offer 5.99 for one hour. I ride for less than 30 mins than park scooter and scooter parking. At the and of the trip I was charged 2 times 5.99 and 8.54 euros. Support don’t answer for more than 10 mins. So be careful with this company.

It’s very easy to use. I just spend a few minute for setup.

System fails too often

My friend and I bought a Day-Pass but the system failed and charged my credit card many times. Also, we locked our Lime but somehow it’s terminated us even when we just walked away from Lime for less than a minute.
