Don’t work with Kazakhstan phone numbers

Прямо сейчас я не могу завершить поездку потому что в дороге сломал камеру телефона, а для завершения трека нужно фото самоката, в приложении нет номера телефона поддержки, а в кнопки поддержки не активны!

First of all their app is ALWAYS laggy, it's probably on purpose just to milk more money Secondly, 9/10 times you can't finish the ride because the app tells you the parking is full, when there's zero lime bikes on it And lastly my most recent discovery it simply doesn't let me take a bike saying payment is declined, when my card is perfectly working And of course the app doesn't have a live chat or anything with the support so if something like this happens they don't give a damn Would never recommend to use it only if you don't have any other option at all

I’ve tried to use the app for the 1st time and have been confused with user-unfriendly app. Like I cannot finish my ride and just closed it. I have traded to push the button of help, and u know what? - IT’S A FAKE ONE! like I couldn’t receive any help with my ride and got to pay for my “ride”. Btw, I didn’t ride a scooter for any meters but in app it showed like this.

A lot of the bikes are vandalized and can’t be used. Normally when I’m late for work I have to take a lime bike to be there on time, but with half the bikes having screwed off pedals and popped tires it’s impossible to use the app now.

Slow zones are not shown on map. In slow zone you can not end ride. In slow zone speed limit is 3kmph. As result you stuck in invisible slow zone, you dont know where to pull scooter (because its dangerous to move on scooter with 3kmph, low balance). And it still charging for all this. Terrible experience

The bike was really in a good condition and fully charged.
