"I can't log into my account. I've been using the app for 2 months, and today the app is telling me that such an account does not exist. My child is upset. The app malfunctioned even though there is time to use it until March 25. And I can't find where to seek help except for Apple Pay."

I applied for unlimited paid subscription for Lingokids app, and believed that Lingokids focuses on child’s development. But in the game of mixing colors there are subconscious messages such as egypt piramids, one eyed man and in other games the symbol of illumination, one eyed triangle are represented. I believe these impact to my child psychology. Please remove these items and symbols out of your games and stop your pressure to child's pure beliefs.
