I love it!

I simply love this app! It is revolutionary!! The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because of the interface. It could be easily have more options with one click. I think there is some waste of space on the page. But overall it is amazing!

Review

Much better than Duolingo

Too expensive

I’ve tried several online language learning apps and they all seem to promise more than they can keep. I tried this one for learning Persian. The voice repeating the individual words is a clipped computerized male voice and it’s almost impossible to hear the correct pronunciation. When the native speaker, a woman, reads the story it would be good if the words she reads were highlighted as she reads them so one can better follow along when trying to read the text. Also really annoying is a box that crops up where you have to acknowledge words learned. There is no option to not choose that function if you feel you haven’t learned the words yet. I don’t think the app really shows what it can do, in other words what’s in it for me before demanding a substantial subscription payment. I’m not convinced this app is worth the money.

Payed for premium but can’t use it. An error keep showing up, “not connected…” Not cool

Email spam with no opt out

You get instantly spammed with emails and there is no way to opt out. Instead you can click manage preferences where you get to login to their website and then can't do anything. 2 minutes I couldn't find way to stop emails. Absolutely abhorrent waste of my time

Amazing way to learn

Absolutely fantastic!

Amazing!

LingQ has definetly helped me learn a ton of Danish vocabulary. And I managed to read a couple of books through it like Harry Potter and the Martian thanks to it. If it wasn’t for it, I wouldn’t be by far as good now. Thank you!
