First time took Lion Air, 1st time to be rescheduled numerous times. They were also very last minutes rescheduling. So the better name is Reschedule Air is more suitable in my opinion. I will delete the App after writing the review. Even feel wasting my time to write it. However, as a concern people, I wrote it for other people to reconsider when choosing this airline. All the best!

I really found the app difficult to us and not that good. I cannot add any of my bookings and it doesn’t seem to have option to manage booking. End up using website which is not that great either as not properly supported on Safari browser and doesn’t tell you this when searching for bookings.

Tried to book a ticket, but kept getting error msg saying that the flight request was unsuccessful, please try again. After trying 4 times it finally worked. However I was charged for 4 tickets. Got confirmation mails for 4 flights but the 3 failed attempts without flight number or anything. Also its saying that i paid by cash while it was booked off my debit card. Frustrated I tried to contact the airline which is not properly working through their whatsapp service as well as on their homepage. Wrote emails but never got an answer. Finally someone replied via chat with a standard phrase please click this link for refund. The link was a link to google translate. After researching i found the refund page. But in order for me to request a refund i need the flight number which was not given to me for the 3 „failed“ attempts. Therefore I can not request a refund. This is by far my worst experience I have ever had with any airline.!

Attention to CEO of Lion Air FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE ATTENTION Nothing works on Lion Air mobile app Either withdraw your App or make sure it works like a proper mobile app.

Why u have select country option when it never works???

Can’t check in, can’t buy ticket, can’t do everything. It’s a white elephant app. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

After key in all our details, but unable to do credit card payment and must redo all the key in again. This apps doesn't work for credit card!!

It's bad app. Pls launch when the app is READY to be used...Dont waste our time to do web check in etc in the end we cannot do it. So many mistakes too. it's just ridiculous...

Sama sekali gabisa check out tiket pesawat. Ini aplikasi testing atau apa sih 😹
