Pointless app, there is no way to add your flight so the Manage Booking / My Bookings sections are always empty, no option to sign in. Flight Status section just says ‘under development’, Check In section wants me to install another app, I’m not sure what this app can actually do (if anything).
Terrible app. Couldn’t retrieve booking so to have it on the app, just managed to get my ticket though my emails. Also going through the booking process, paying for my flight and money leaving my account, I received a notification that lion air were unable to give me a ticket and I should go to the nearest ticket office after the fact of paying for the ticket.
We couldn’t check in via the app or book seats but when we got to the airport it was a smooth check in . I really want to complain about the food, we got teriyaki chicken and soy chicken which wasn’t cheap . We got 2 small mouthful of chicken rice and frozen mix veg , I got food poisoning off mine as never off the toilet since then . Why have a multi million pound business and give the food contract to someone who obviously can’t deliver . Did anyone do food tasting before or since giving this contract ? The food was only worthy for the bin
clicking on account icon just shows contact call centre numbers. Why bother making an app if you can’t make one? As a develop you should be ashamed. As an airline - embarrassed that you paid money for someone to develop you a piece of poo and you still have it up, with your name on it!! Wake up it’s 2022 not 1960!
The app keeps losing the info that I put in and won’t let me pay by credit card which you only discover at the end of the booking process. Poorly designed waste of time.
When you try to check in it just takes you to a webpage that doesn’t load. You also can’t add baggage via credit card within 24 hours if you pay with credit cards. Essentially not allowing foreigners to pay. Glad I know this for next time as I won’t be booking with lionair again.
The site continually overrides personal date. For example I changed my DOB 5 times, updated, but it promptly returned to original date. Would not take a credit card booking, as I assume my data was incorrect. Then would not allow me to delete booking and start again. Awful site, lost business.
What's the point of releasing this app. Totally useless. Never works!! Try search for a flight and every time get the response 'Sorry flights (as in flight info) not available at this time'. If you plan to release an airline app go take a look at Nok Air or Asia and see how to do it. You know, apps that actually WORK!!!!! Deleted.
