Постоянно возникает ошибка «невозможно загрузить книгу» для аудиокниг. На данный момент не получается третий день загрузить Ремарка «На западном фронте без перемен»

Filtering and performance issue

Constantly experiencing issue with app responsiveness when I cannot swipe a page, it is being frozen between pages, changing colors sometimes freezes Sorting and filtering: if I have multiple books, I want to have sorting. Something like important on top, less important at the bottom, remove/hide irrelevant, read. I need to scroll to find the right book. It is annoying. Thank you.

Книга в подарок не работает

Не работает книга в подарок при покупке через приложение. Кнопка появляется для всех книг, но пользователь каким-то образом должен знать цену каждой книги.

Низкая скорость загрузки

Приложение, в целом, отличное. Много хороших книг. Но скорость загрузки расстраивает. Два дня пытаюсь скачать аудио книгу Гиперион. Такое чувство, что главы прилетают с почтовыми голубями, причем некоторых еще и сбивают. Сайт тоже грузится очень медленно, так что большая вероятность, что дело не в клиенте. Территориально нахожусь в Техасе.

Здравствуйте, уважаемая поддержка:) Несколько косяков в приложении, которые хотелось бы исправить: 1. Прочитанные книги постоянно сами удаляются из списка прочитанных. 2. Очень расстраивает скучный и неинформативный личный кабинет. Хотелось бы добавить такие разделы как цели, кол-во прочитанных страниц за день/неделю/месяц, челенджи и тд. Как например в MyBook;)

Проблемы с поисковиком

Я не понимаю, это баг такой или что, почему на русском языке поисковик не работает? После ввода фамилии автора в поисковой строке на экране пустота. Что бы приложение заработало нужно зайти в настройки-поменять язык на любой другой-потом поменять обратно на русский- и finally появляется список литературы автора. Для чего мне эти танцы с бубном?! И подписка корректно не отображается, я ее продлила а в приложении все равно предлагает продлить.

App is not working properly

App постоянно виснет, я должна удалять app и снова download , ужасно раздражает. И это уже на протяжении пару месяцев, раньше все хорошо работало
