Stop sharing wrong information. The estimated amount and actual amount has a big difference (almost double) what is that? This is simply cheating.

This the worst app ever by far its laggy it buggy I can’t even get to the app to order it takes so much time to get inside then when you try to order its loading to this just ridiculous 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Some issues ruin the experience

Unable to find ride history in the app which is quite annoying. Drivers available in Dar es salaam are unprofessional and driver/car details often do not match details on the app. App takes forever to complete a trip. It takes a long time to see how much you owe.

Error in sending verification code

I am in the US trying to load this app for my Kenya trip. It kept telling me error in sending verification code. My carrier said they did not block my short message. Any suggestions?

Issue with GPS

Twice in the past week I have pinned my location right to my house gate, but the driver’s map takes the them off course; both times to the same wrong location about 5 minutes away. I then have to give verbal directions to my gate. Which requires them to backtrack. Update: still the same issue!

Keeps timing out

Been trying for an hour to order food using the app. It just keeps timing out and closing before I can complete the order. The UI is also just not user friendly AT ALL!!!

It’s an awesome app

Downloaded then Deleted!

I downloaded the app, entered my phone number, it gave me error message, then I simply deleted it. It’s not tested correctly and doesn’t work. Major improvements are required!!!
