Been using Liv for over a year now. It is a great and convenient product, but the app still needs major improvements considering it is the only way to manage banking with Liv. 1. Loading time - It takes way too long to load pages. When logging in, it takes about 5 second to get in. After clicking on a button, it takes 2-3 seconds before the page loads (sometimes more). It is the same on wifi, or on data. So it is not due to internet speed. 2. Layout - The layout is incoherent. I always spend more time than needed on the app due to the layout of the buttons. The way it’s organised is not user friendly! - The Chat function should be placed at a more visible place. It’s almost as if we’re not meant to find the chat button! Funny considering this is the ONLY way to access Support (unless there is a number to call which I am not aware of). - Deals & Offers: there should be a DIRECT button for signing up to the deals/offers instead of directing us to the email or in-app notifications. That’s 4-5 more clicks before being able to reach the final goal. Who has the time for that?? 3. General concerns - There should be badges/notifications for Chat replies. It is not convenient to wait around for the chats to be responded to, and getting the notification via email is not good enough. - Please improve the user-friendliness of your app. The product is very good, but the app is ruining the experience for me.
