It has been over a month and we cannot access the billions of rupiah in the investment section without going to the bank physically. When will this be fixed?!

Apapun yg namanya update biasanya tambah bagus baik fungsi atau fiturnya, namun updatenya livin ke kuning ini malah sebaliknya, malah saya yg tinggal di luar negri jadi tidak bisa akses online banking. Saatnya ganti Bank lain kalau begini…..

Sama seperti review yang lain, posisi saya pun di luar negri, dan tidak dapat mengirimkan maupun mendapat response SMS.. dan saat ini saya tidak bisa mengakses account saya.. sangat sangat tidak bermanfaat perubahannya, padahal saat kami menggunakan aplikasi sebelumnya, sudah terasa sangat nyaman.. segera diresponse ya keluhan keluhan kami ini..
Jadi susah mau download karena posisi Saya Di luar negeri.
Harus verivikasi nomor ponsel.. susah untuk saya Karena posisi Saya Di luar negeri...kenapa harus Di ubah2 app nya???

Makin gak jelas lemot banget habis update suka gagal terus .
Kartu Virtual
Tidak bisa menambahkan kartu virtual debit pada iPhone 11. Saya sudah menuliskan keluhan ini di bulan Agustus 2023, namun hingga 21 Januari 2024 masih belum ada tindak lanjut. Selain menulis review ini, kondisi tersebut juga sudah beberapa kali saya laporkan ke Mandiri terdekat. Harap ada penjelasan dan tindak lanjutnya. Update 14 Maret 2024 Kartu Virtual tidak bisa ditambahkan (keluhan tetap)
Update itu ada perbaikan bukan makin susah log in
Makin kesini update makin susah masuk knp sih, ngecrash mulu, masuk ke login aj gak bisa2
