Kartu Virtual
Tidak bisa menambahkan kartu virtual debit pada iPhone 11. Saya sudah menuliskan keluhan ini di bulan Agustus 2023, namun hingga 21 Januari 2024 masih belum ada tindak lanjut. Selain menulis review ini, kondisi tersebut juga sudah beberapa kali saya laporkan ke Mandiri terdekat. Harap ada penjelasan dan tindak lanjutnya. Update 14 Maret 2024 Kartu Virtual tidak bisa ditambahkan (keluhan tetap)
Update itu ada perbaikan bukan makin susah log in
Makin kesini update makin susah masuk knp sih, ngecrash mulu, masuk ke login aj gak bisa2
Aplikasi terburuk
Tidak bisa diandalkan untuk saya yg memilik mobilitas tinggi sewaktu-waktu membuat transaksi melalui Aplikasi Livin Mandiri. Tidak bisa digunakan saat tengah malam menjelang pagi. Pantas saja dikalahkan oleh BRI dalam hal top aplikasi banking di Indonesia. Pecat saja developer dan ganti direkturnya, ga becus ngurusin kepuasan pelanggan.

Males banget makai mandiri terutama livin udah 2 kali uninstall karna gagal mulu mana pajak banknya parah banget habis saldo saya cuma buat minimal saldo 100 potong terooossss fix pengen hapus akun aja mending pakai yang lain 😬😬

Ni gmn aplikasi force close terus hampir semaleman, sudah berbagai cara uninstal dan install bolakbalik lalu hapus data jg tetepp aj gk bs, coba kasih info yg jelass dr pihak pengembangnya !!

Aplikasi konvensional
Produk BUMN memang terbaik. Buat aplikasi dah kayak buka tutup toko offline, Transaksi diatas jam 23.00 susah banget alias gak bisa transaksi. Ya gtulah applikasi2 BUMN gak ada yang pernah gagal. Bangga karya anak bangsa konoha.. :(
