This app is terrible and it's glitching. When I tried to checkout it redirects me back to the homepage. When I use Apple Pay, my card gets declined and it's not my card issuer's fault. Then I'll get emails from customer service instructing me to make purchases through the website when I explicitly told them I tried to use the app for the 15% off promo code. SMH.

It’s so hard to purchase it took me like an hour to do everything and it didn’t work anyways I had to go to cettire to buy it because this app is so bad

One of my trusted retail sites. Wide variety of designers and products at the best price. Items arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Customer service can’t be beat.

The app keeps crashing, removing everything in my basket, and logging me out. Would be great if the filters selected could be saved as a search, so I don’t have to select the same filters every time.

This app is frustrating, gave me a headache!

At the beginning, was not stable but once I log in and set up as where i live, it is convenient to shop. Always enjoy shopping at LN-CC.

Their website isn’t any faster. Hope they update both the app and site soon! Just tech problems not the actual brands they stock

Prices don’t match ones added to cart. Two different prices.

Every time I try changing the shipping from Italy to US it says my browser doesn’t allow cookies but I made sure so many times it does and it sends me somewhere else. I tried to us the app to get the 10% off but it won’t let me use US as shipping option
