Good competitive prices but poor customer experience. Lack of email confirmation of your orders or shipping/ delivery updates and express delivery is a rip off as nothing is express about it. Such a shame

I have shopped with LN CC since it opened which must be ten years or more. They have always been excellent. The items they stock are exceptional and if I have ever needed a refund the customer service service time have always dealt with this very well. I would highly recommend this company.

My god this company cannot build an app or website to save their lives

Literally can never see my wish list in the app. So annoying!

Absolutely appalling app, impossible to make a purchase on it

Constantly logging off, you can’t see ur wish list on the app as it sends u to opening a browser version which renders the app pointless. Never remember logging at all. A total waste of time and whoever gave this the green light should question their talent and level of intelligence

So unexpectedly disappointing app that logs out every time i close it, shows wrong delivery status in my items, unsuccessfully tries to open browser and fails, tons of glitches with fonts etc etc. So surprised how a good company can ignore investments in a good app. Shame

The site always take ages to load ( it’s the same when I try to go into my wish list) and often shuts down when I try to use the search function. I deleted the app a few weeks ago and reinstalled it about a week ago, hoping the issues had been fixed, but it’s exactly the same. I normally end up having to shop the site via the browser, because the app is so frustrating. It’s being promoted on the homepage as if it’s something special, but it’s just a bit rubbish.

Not sure if this app is only available in certain countries but definitely can’t login in the Uk
