Lo-Fi Tape

I spoke to the developer about his other excellent app that I purchased, Lo fi piano, and I got this one after. I love this Auv3 because it has many great instruments. This rivals the Audiokit Retro Piano in its amount of samples and sounds you can choose. There are many useful effects like stereo widen. All in all, if you are looking for a lo fi Auv3 this fits the bill and worth every cent. I recommend it, especially for the price and what you can get as IAP if you so wish. Thanks Weston!

Initially, patches were out of key. For example, if I played a “C” note with the patch “Magic Air”, Nebrini’s Tuner plug-in told me that the note was “A”. However, the developer fixed the issue in the 1.0.1 update.

It looks like the creator of this app has added a ton more sounds. This is phenomenal for the price. I instantly fell in love with it. A lot of the sounds I’ve been looking for, I’m really glad I didn’t purchase the super expensive apps and found this one. Thanks for making an app that adds so much. I’m really blown away

Love the sound. The problem is the second I hit one note on keyboard it crashes in standalone and au. The keyboards I tried where stock Yamaha PSR-EW310 and PSR-E363. These keyboards work with all other iOS synths I own. Over 40. Fix this and you get 5 stars. To be clear app works stand alone with no keyboard without any issues. So if you plan on using only in iOS with out external keyboard it works fine. I use iPad Pro 12.9 iOS 15 and iPad Air 2 iOS 14.

What a lovely sounding instrument

Excellent app. Limited controls but for the price I have absolutely zero complaints. Beautiful sounds oozing with atmosphere and character. Best of all is that they are all very PLAYABLE. No gratuitous noise or gimmicky sound effects that you’ll never use, here. Just tasteful instruments in a state of beautiful age and decay. Similar to, yet totally different from all of the other ‘tron’ -type apps out there. Fingers crossed for an expansion pack of more sounds in the future. Well done!
