The K380 doesn’t pop up, I did what it told me, I have it connected, typing with it right now, please fix it for K380, PLEASE FIX IT NOW.

I have the new 11 inch M4 iPad Pro. I keep the screen brightness at or below 50% and the keyboard brightness at 0% during normal use. I lose 1% per minute. -When I am using the keyboard attached to the iPad I am consistently losing 1% per minute. This can be typing, watching videos, or listening to music. -I can watch a 10 minute video on YouTube with the settings listed above without the case and I will only lose 1%, but if I am using the combo touch case I will lose 10% during that 10 minutes. -I had a similar issue with the combo touch for the iPad Air 4, that was resolved when I turned off the keyboard brightness, but unfortunately this is not happening on the new case for the 11 inch M4 case. Please release an update to address this issue.

With this new release my keyboard stopped working. The Logitech Control app also crashes each time I open it. Any fixes for iPad Pro 2021 12.9 inch? The app has been updated, finally, for new M4 IPads, but a firmware update, at least for the 11’ remains missing. The Caps Lock key stays lit, and the palm rejection on the new LARGE trackpad really needs some tweaking.. I’m hopeful we’ll see that soon, at which point, I’ll gladly update this rating.

The app is now working for those wondering! Good job Logitech for finally taking care of updating your app for a $229+ accessory! Now lets try to take care of this faster next time okay? Not wait upmost two months to make a simple fix.

The app is useless. I am using the iPad Pro 13 inch M4 and this app can’t even tell that the keyboard is attached…. It just sits there saying to attach the keyboard.

While the Keyboard requests the user download this app when first connected to the device, the app doesn’t actually recognize the Combo Touch for the M4 versions of the iPad Pro as a compatible device. There have been times where the Caps Lock button is lit up but it’s not actually activated and the trackpad tends to be very sensitive when typing and will occasionally click on or drag things on my screen causing my cursor to jump and interrupt whatever I was typing. I was hoping to check for a firmware update but unfortunately the only way to update the keyboard cases is this app and multiple users on Reddit and elsewhere have complained of having the same issue. Please update this app to support your latest products.

This is disgusting. Got an m4 iPad, and when you connect the keyboard, it takes you to a non existent app. Tried using this one, but the keyboard isn’t detected. Get your act together Logitech.

- Uninstall the Logitech Control app - Remove the iPad from the case - Reboot the iPad without the case - When your iPad is back on, put the iPad back in case and test it. - Now reinstall the Logitech Control App and it should no longer crash and update if needed

I have only had my iPad folio for two years and it stopped working. According to the Internet, the only way to fix it is this app and it crashes within seconds of opening. I paid over $100 for this thing and the app doesn’t work. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
