I have the folio touch iPad protector and it just stoped working….! I think it was after the iOS update. Can you please fix this?

Acabei de adquirir o artigo em titulo e acontece que algumas teclas não correspondem aos símbolos nelas inscritos.
Actualização iPadOS 15.5
Após atualização para o iPadOS 15.5 o meu combo touch deixou de funcionar corretamente, as teclas ficaram trocadas, o space key deixou de funcionar, as teclas de cursor também, o teclado no ecrã nunca desaparece. Uma vergonha! Para produtos que funcionam apenas com a apple deveriam ter mais atenção. Se não houver alterações em breve terei que devolver este produto e comprar o original. UMA LÁSTIMA …
Combo Touch IPad 7 Not Working
My Logitech Combo Touch keyboard isn’t working properly with my iPad 7th generation. After a while the mouse cursor freezes and the only way to get it to work again is by restarting the iPad. Please fix this in the next firmware.
It doesn’t show keyboard backlight controls
I have the logi folio touch and doesn’t show up the backlight control even doesn’t seems to be working on fiscal buttons , I don’t know if was some firmware issue or hardware issue
It doesn’t workshop
It doesn’t workshop. Always shows: “This IPad Model is not suported”. It’s like that with both my IPad Pro (9,7 and 11). Running IOSIpad 13.4.1
