Logitech Mevo Multicam Reviews

Bought the devices. $19 a month subscription to use

Kylesaurusrex on

Absolute joke. Why should I pay to use something I bought for a premium price? They have no morals, returning these cameras immediately.

Useless unless you have 100 followers on Facebook

Compressed Video

NickNikNicholas on

United States

Since the release of iOS 18, the iPhone video signal over Mevo Go has been transmitting with very high amounts of compression to Mevo Multicam. It’s an unusable amount of compression.

Corrupt/Incomplete Files

W.D.K. on

United States

The option that records your live angle changes records 10 minute files (which is fine). But the video files it creates are corrupt/incomplete and have no video. If I stop a recording before 10 minutes, the file is fine. But if the app stops the current file to create a new one, the 10 minute file is broken. I’m going to have to return EVERYTHING I bought for my little mobile studio because the app can’t do the main thing it was designed to do. BTW, I’m on iPadOS 18 with the current app version and current camera firmware. I tried recording to my iPad locally, to an iCloud location, to the Photos app, and to an external SD card plugged into my iPad—all with the same result. The app creates broken files!

Good App bad Subscription Policy

_Atharv_ on

United States

I have been charged for the subscription of Mevo Multicam for several months, however, I did not intend to renew this subscription, neither did I use it. The process of requesting refund goes through a support ticket which makes the entire process very complicated. Whereas it could have been one click away!

3.1.1 broke my audio

DavePUCC on

United States

I use an m32r sound board at my church that connects via usb to an iPad running Mevo Multicam. I never had issues with the audio until the iPad automatically updated to this most recent version, and now all I get is high-pitched static in my live feed from my board. I’ve tried EVERYTHING, and the only thing that has changed is the app update to 3.1.1 which broke the audio. HELP
