I did download the app and try to activate add my number never received sms using Egyptian number also uae number not working also send to support to respond bad support app to be honest but taxi used before was very good

The drive to the airport is not bad. The pickup is a mess, they request flight details but they tell you we dont follow flight status it is the passenger responsibility to notify incase of delays. Drivers are late and you get out of airport to wait outside in the middle of the parking and all the other free taxi services and airport taxi Communication in the app is very bad, customer support is disconnected from what is happening on the ground

I felt so unsafe with their driver on an ongoing 4 hour trip , I have tried to use their chat (support service) it is really useless, they did literally nothing and kept me waiting for almost 1 hour and at the end they said we will get back to you after 48h. Use Uber app or a hotel limousine at least, their support team responds and takes actions more efficiently.

This application is working okay while you are in Egypt. But if you decided to book before you arrive at the International airport it is useless!!! I don't know how this will serve their business, but you can consider this application for locals more than international visitors.

Just call them because the app doesn’t work.

App too slow, always loading

After completing my trip details and request completed, received a call at 3 am that my trip is canceled due to unavailability of cars although its available on their app.

After update, notifications are not loaded and gives error connecting to the system
