I book London Cap in Cairo Egypt, Very bad Experience. The Customer Service & Operation Team didn’t support us. They have old Taxi, they didn’t send the Electric Car, as they say, one and half hour lost from my day. They take extra money from Visa for few Minutes. This is my last Ride with this Co.

This application is working okay while you are in Egypt. But if you decided to book before you arrive at the International airport it is useless!!! I don't know how this will serve their business, but you can consider this application for locals more than international visitors.

App too slow, always loading

After completing my trip details and request completed, received a call at 3 am that my trip is canceled due to unavailability of cars although its available on their app.

After update, notifications are not loaded and gives error connecting to the system

Great service with easy to navigate menus and great options to move across Egypt
