My prescriptions are rarely ready on time, regardless of when I submit a refill request via the app. It’s so bad that today I finally just asked the pharmacist if I should even use the app for refills and she flat out said no. As for the rest of the app, it’s not particularly user friendly.

Can’t add my card to Apple Wallet because of a glitch. “Add” button goes too far up the screen and behind the battery icon making it unclickable.

I asked about LDExtras today while making a purchase at London Drugs. Store rep took my phone number and circled the “download the app “ part of my receipt. She said sign up before midnight to get LDExtras credit for my purchase. At home I downloaded the app, but found out while entering data into the app that my phone number had already been registered. So I went online to LDExtras.com and the website switched me back to the app. I then temporarily deleted the app. Then I called London Drugs customer support. The rep directed me to the LDExtras registration page, and on my iPad the registration page flashed for half a second and the screen went white (broken website I think). Then after discussion, I gave the rep my phone number and she said all my information was there (I assume that although registration on the app failed, it actually seems to have collected my data). The rep then sent me an email with a temp password and instructions to sign on to LDExtras and rest my password. That worked. How is average person supposed sign up through such a broken process. I still haven’t figured out how to see whether my purchase was recognized, and I’m not sure how a London Drugs online or in-store purchase get added to LDExtras. I am very computer and internet literate and conclude that this is a classic broken business process. LDExtras seems to mean lots of extra confusion.
