Had an appointment and took my computer (Mac)into them for analysis. The guy in the department was not very helpful and was borderline rude. When the guy who I was to see was finished with what he was doing I told him my issues and said there was nothing I could do other than but a new computer. He gave me some stories that I later found out were so far from the true it was almost funny. In other words he didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. Find the right help and leave the drug stores selling groceries and drugs.

Annoying App doesn’t work

Worst reward program ever. For me I never get the points I’m supposed to. Contact them with no response. I’m done and your prices are way too high. Shoppers Drug Mart gives me 10 fold compared to this App. Coal in their stockings

There’s either a continuing system in place attempting to prevent people from logging in to use their points or the entire London Drugs app is managed by monkeys. And not very bright monkeys at that.

I have to go into the pharmacy at least once a month to get the password reset for no known reason. Not only should I not have to go in to do this, it takes the pharmacist forever to generate a new password for you. This is a crappy app.

One would think a company such as London Drugs could afford to hire someone to develop an App much more sophisticated and reliable than this. It looks and acts like it was created by a beginner coder. To me it is poor design to attempt to have two different Apps melded into one that require very different types of credentials. Make them separate or make them one. The following are completely my personal experiences. It constantly stops working. It is extremely awkward to move around to the areas where login information is entered. If something goes worng with login and you wish to reset your password it never, ever once has sent me the password reset email. I have had to phone the support line numerous times to get back into my account and then have been told a few times that the store should have been able to address my concerns. The store tells me they cannot and to phone the support line. When each App works consistently they are so-so. With respect to the pharmacy side - if I am able to log in and wish to renew a prescription it is numerous clicks to get there but worse, numerous clicks to get back out to the main page where prescriptions are listed. I appreciate the idea of convenience for customers to have *all* London Drugs services contained within one App but please consider creating separate Apps. In my opinion this attempt is really not working well and becomes an exercise in frustration.

Each time I’ve had a coupon (birthday or other reward) it always disappears a couple days before the end of month. I tried contacting LD about this, they were rude/unhelpful and did not resolve the problem. There may be time zone issues but they did not look into it. Also app does not allow direct online inquiries or shopping—just an external link.

For the love of God, please fix the pharmacy portion of the app where you can renew your prescriptions and view your prescriptions. This has not worked since the incident with security breach. Again, please fix

My nice review

Ever since the CrowdStrike incident that caused London Drugs to shut down, I can no longer scan and upload new prescriptions via the app. It says it has gone through, but my pharmacy never receives it. This has happened on multiple occasions since.
