I feel like the app’s not fully optimized yet. Lot of delay/lag while scrolling. Had a hard time logging since everytime I tap to type in my email/ password, the keyboard doesn’t show up and I can’t even type my email because it’s hidden at the top part of the page. I can’t even scroll up to see it.

It’s annoying as I have to follow up with their support team to reflect my points. And even up to now they don’t reflect my points correctly in my account.

Now faster and better but still needs a lot of improvement. Loading should be instant. Zero delays.

Slow in loading products and changing tabs

Not easy to use app. I tried to fo passworf reset and still unable to access my account.

Needs a lot of improvement. Not all stocks are available in the app but surely they have in the store. :( they need to step up if they want to be a one stop (online) shop for beauty and skin care products.

Right after I installed the app, it keeps crashing whenever I tried signing in. Not a rally good experience

Would like to try purchasing but hesitant to do so; I suggest putting more product info and photos just so we know the item’s shade/color/consistency. It’s a hassle that We still have to look up online how a particular lipstick’s color shade looks every time.
