The website offers a 28% discount if you download the app and there’s also a banner stating shipping is free in Southeast Asia. Basically no items I wanted qualify for the app - not even sure what does! Also, shipping is $10 minimum - no free shipping, basically. Complete waste of my time

I downloaded this app and ordered my skincare before I even look at the reviews posted here - honestly was a little worried after reading those negative reviews - but I decided to just wait it out instead of canceling my order and I must say I am pleasantly surprised!!!! ~~~ at how fast my order is completed and delivered free to my doorstep in Singapore! It took only about 6 days!!!! I think I will shop here again!

was reading a lot of negative comments about it being a scam and all. i decided to give it a try as my local retailer is selling way more expensive. it wasn't much money so i gambled 65 SGD which is equivalent to about £40 by PayPal. Got an email confirmation of order, so first step safe! then there was another email stating order dispatched 15hrs later and delivery to be expected between 19 and 26 Aug. so far so good. it was an anticipation waiting for my stuff to come, so 16 days later, the parcel arrived at my door step! maybe I'm one in a million lucky one so for this, i give 5 stars!

Very annoyed by the order process. Ordered via the app and made payment through Atome, it was charged but when I look at my LF app the order is not there so I contacted the customer service to check my order, super slow response and keep ask for verification, took 3 days to finally verify. Meanwhile I also email them and send them message through IG, took really long. In the midst of all these, I also email Atome. Thankfully they were much quicker in response and rectification and finally got refunded. So I tried to order again because I tot it was just 1 time off error. And everything happens again. Super annoying!

Order was not successful but charged. When asking about refund i had to chase them AT LEAST 15x. Was acknowledged for refund 2 months later. After case closed i deleted the app and I know I won’t use this app anymore

Scam app!

I have been waiting for my order for too long. The status on their website is already Delivered but when you check via Tracker, they have only received the delivery information but not the item. It’s been a week and I have not received my order up until now. I want a refund and no one’s messaging me anymore. Don’t waste your time to download this app. Just order somewhere else. Such stupid service!
