Very bad
I scanned the scooter but it didnt turn on although the counter on the app started counting time and charging me, and clicking on ending ride was in vain. After calling the customer service, they cancelled my trip but i was charged 40QAR that were never redeemed. Very bad and stressful situation! I dont recommend to anyone!
The worst app ever - تطبيق سيء للغايه
لايتم ارجاع المبلغ بعد الدفع علما بان المبلغ المدفوع اكبر من المبلغ المستخدم .. لايوجد اي طريقة لتخاطب مع خدمة العملاء بالاضافه الى ان التطبيق توقف ليومين كاملين مع عدم امكانيتي لاستخدامه بسبب عطل بالتطبيق. The amount is not returned after payment, knowing that the amount paid is greater than the amount used. There is no way to communicate with customer service, in addition to the fact that the application stopped for two full days, and I was unable to use it due to a malfunction in the application.

يسرقو رصيدكم بسبب اخطاء البرنامج
فكره الاسكوتر حلوه بس هذي الشركه سرقو فلوسي اخذت سكوتر بالبرنامج الاسكوتر لما اتحركت بالاسكوتر طلع مش شغال ومش موجود بالبرنامج انه موجود اسكوتر عشان الغيه قمت اخذت واحد تاني اشتغل معاي وكله تمام بعد ساعه كذا قالي انو رصيدك خلص لا وبالماينص كمان دخلت لقيتهم حاسبين رحله الاسكوتر الاول اللي ما استخدمته ولا هو شغال ولا هو قاعد في الحجوزات عشان الغيه كلمتهم في الرسايل قالو لي اني استخدمت الاسكوتر سالتهم سؤال واحد كيف اكون مستخدم سكوترين في وقت واحد وشوفو الزمن عندكم المهم انا طلعت من قطر بس زعلت جدا من اسلوبهم واحتيالهم وخساره انهم في قطر ويمثلو مجهودات دوله عظيمه
App requires OTP that doesn’t work
For visitors, this app is useless. You can’t create an account without providing a cell phone number and unfortunately, in many cases, your cell phone number will not work in Qatar if you have switched to a data only SIM. As a result you cannot get the required code the app does not function.
5 scooters in one time not working properly
I changed 5 scooters after starting time, and every time they deducted 2 QR to start the time, and after I started the scooter wasn’t working properly, and I had to change it again for 5 times.

It’s better to add vehicles cars sharing similar to the scooters.
