This App is not working on iPhone! I tried to use the App back in November 2023 and it was giving a black screen after entering the OTP number. And now 3 months later it’s still giving the same lack screen despite updating to latest version of the App (1.15.3) and latest iOS (17.3.1) as of today; the Loop App is still giving the black screen! It seems that it’s either the developers don’t care or unable to fix this bug!

OTP never comes through! Tried my phone, and my wife’s phone! Go somewhere else for scooter rental!

As others have mentioned, no OTP codes are sent out. Ended up using bird scooters instead

App keeps crashing

You register and the OTP doesn’t some through. Waste of your time. Look for a scooter from a different company

I couldn’t find any scooters around for days…

scooter was not working and they charge me ,, i have tried to contact them but never help and solve the problem

The app fails to display available scooters on the map, even though there are some nearby. This makes it impossible to use the service, which is really frustrating. Please fix this issue.

The territory marked on their GPS map was inaccurate and marked me off course when I was in a legal zone that I had been in many times before. Then, rather than slowing to a stop, it abruptly stopped and threw me from the scooter. I sustained significant injuries and damage to personal property. I asked the company for some acknowledgment, providing abundant evidence. They blamed me and would not even refund 3 riyals for the bad ride. Every doctor and nurse I spoke to mentioned injuries they had seen from this service and, to be fair, others with the same business model. There are so many other ways to get places.

For visitors, this app is useless. You can’t create an account without providing a cell phone number and unfortunately, in many cases, your cell phone number will not work in Qatar if you have switched to a data only SIM. As a result you cannot get the required code the app does not function.
