Very easy

Been using Lopay for about a month now and love it. So easy to set up and use. It’s way better than sum up

The idea of cheap fees is certainly very enticing, maybe some of this is down to acclimatising, but I found the interface to be slow and the speed of transaction approval is also slightly slower. Frequently, I also find that I have to go through several steps to get the card reader to reconnect to my phone. In summary, the product is good, but the hardware and software needs polishing.

I’m new to Lopay, having used PayPal Here for several years previously. I find this much easier and cheaper to use. I wish I’d moved to it sooner.

The service is good and prompt but you have to switch the card reader on and off manually. If you don’t then you have to charge it up every day. I was using SumUp before and the card reader switched on automatically when you put a payment through so the battery lasts a very long time mostly over a month before you need to charge it again.

Best Fast Reliable & Easy

This is a great app and the company has some of the lowest processing rates on the market. I wish, however they would fix the bug which would allow your company name to appear on printed receipts (logo/branding would be a bonus!) otherwise it would have a perfect five stars.
