Suggestion

1) Not scanning FaceID automatically. 2) Whenever I click on notifications, always give me technical issue with refresh sign. Suppose to open even video without any error. 3) Not easy to troubleshoot offline camera. 4) Need more GUI ease options.

Dans l’ensemble nous sommes très satisfait. Parfois, elles se déconnecte toute seule. L’image est net et la vision nocturne est net aussi. Les gros Contrastes de lumière peuvent jouer un peu sur la détection exemple: l’hiver avec l’abri plus sombre à l’intérieur et jour à l’extérieur. Sinon l’application est gratuite et facile d’usage, plusieurs caméras peuvent être jumelées. Elle fonctionne avec le wi/fi et connexion USB avec adapteur pour le courant 110v. La distance de captation est bonne. Avertissements fréquents de détection, mais ajustement des paramètres facile à faire.
Does not support login from multiple devices
It will log you out if the account is logged in from another device. It doesn’t even let you add additional users to the account so only you can view the cameras from one device. Crazy stupid. Useless. Waste of money.
Ok App
Not bad for the money. App needs some fine tuning but in general it’s not a bad system.
Pretty Good
“Uh Oh. Something went wrong. Tap to retry.” That’s the error message I get about 10% of the time for playback. Frustrating! Works well 90% of the time though. Good quality video.
Ok
When I look at events and click on the thumbnail, the picture that shows up has big text in the middle that says “Live View,” blocking the center of the image. It’s frustrating when I just need to see the full thumbnail.
Only one device????
What the actual &@#%! This is ridiculous. My husband and I can’t both get alerts at the same time because only the person logged in is able to get alerts? As soon as one logs in, the other one is kicked out. With todays technology you can’t change this? Time for me to invest in a different brand. Ciao!
Great system
Works great app make it easy to view when not at home

The product is nice and all as it does what it says, it’s just that the camera doesn’t hold up memories for a week, I try looking back to around 5 days before today and it says no recordings. That’s a c cash grab.
