One of the differentiators in the market for Lorex was having Apple TV support, not sure why it stopped working now. I have Lorex 4K cameras (8) of them unfortunately all 8 thumbnails in the Apple TV app always point to the first camera feed. Feeds works great on iPhone app. Not sure why it is affecting only Apple TV app. Please look into it. Any update on this ? The original issue was reported 2 years ago
App doesn’t let me login. After successfully resetting password, it says unknown server error occurred.

Recent times the app has stopped showing the thumbnail image of the recorded person detection notification rather comes with only notification and we have to play to know who can or have to play all video to find the specific clip we would like to see . please do the needful.
This app has a lot of issues so far, and we only just installed our new cameras. I’m hoping we don’t find additional issues as we learn to navigate the app. First, the “detection zones” feature does not do anything. I still receive notifications of people and cars passing outside the designated zones. Secondly, the footage of detected events takes a long time to load after receiving a notification. Sometimes it never loads at all, until I back out of the window and click on the event again. Third, I cannot find a way to turn OFF the motion detection spotlight feature in the app, which leads me to number four: The spotlight on the camera almost completely washes out the recorded video, which means the footage is useless for the first few seconds until the light turns off.
If you own an iPhone and are planning on using this app to replay video, worst experience ever. Long known issues with it that doesn’t get put out. Just google “Lorex playback issue”. Wish I would known before buying a security camera system
UPDATED: App is now functional, finally holds camera views and can access Playback videos. Also finally able to add Shared Users, in spite of spending 3 days searching the Lorex site without success. I have used earlier versions of Lorex apps with home camera security systems that used BNC cables and the older apps worked great; now this app seems to work as well (if not better) than older versions from years ago. Many thanks to the Developer Team for finally getting me the help I needed, which the people answering the phone lines weren’t able to do.
The cameras work fantastic and this app is actually great. I have been using a LOREX NVR with 9 cameras for over 2 years now on a large property. I have only 1 request about the app (please forward this to your app developers as it is an easy fix) I don’t understand why they don’t include optical zoom on the PTZ control widget. You can pan and tilt remotely through the app, but you cannot zoom in and out with optical zoom. Also, if you pan or tilt through the app, it stops any ongoing PTZ tour and you cannot restart the tour on the app. Other than that though, the app works great. If someone is walking up to my front door or poking around my cars I get a notification within a second or so. The live feed on all cameras is amazing. I LOVE that I can click live feed and instantly see all 9 cameras at once. Really convenient If you want to to a quick check around your whole home. (Let’s say if you hear a bump in the night… one click and you see all live feeds)
Every time I go to review past footage my app stops working and I have to either call customer support or try to restart the modem. Its very inconvenient when your modem is at work and you’re at home. I wish this was more reliable.
