Nicotine Zero is a clean, science-based quitting companion designed to help people break free from vaping, IQOS, and nicotine addiction—on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch.
This app was created from a deeply personal place. My grandfather suffered a heart attack after many years of smoking. Thankfully, he survived—but watching someone you care about face the consequences of nicotine addiction changes how you see things. It made me ask: Why do so many people continue to do this to themselves, even when they know the risks?
That question stayed with me, especially as vaping became more common—sometimes even indoors!!!, making it easier for people to use nicotine more often without even noticing. That kind of constant exposure can carry many of the same health risks as traditional cigarettes.
Nicotine Zero is my answer: a tool designed to help people quit with clarity, support, and science-backed structure. Whether this is your first attempt or your fifth, the app offers practical guidance and motivation to keep you going.
