好长时间没打开了，上一周用没广告，更新之后有广告，倒是能忍受，但是除了30天计划，其他都不免费了

这款应用我用了两个星期，惊喜的发现我已经减掉了四斤体重，按照上面的进度进行还是比较容易的，还有推荐的食谱和断食，能够更进一步的减重，推荐哦
