Lost Frontier is a turn-based strategy game, brought to you from the creators of the Battleheart and Zombieville series'. In a fantasy-western setting consumed by steam-punk technology and the supernatural, can you survive with just your wit and a six-gun at your side?
Features:
• Story Mode - Play through 24 chapters that introduce you to the gameplay, characters, and world of Lost Frontier.
• Challenge Mode - once you've mastered the mechanics, put your knowledge to the test in a series of 20 demanding missions.
• 20 Unique Unit types - take command of a wide range of Wild West forces, from Gunslingers and Cavalry to civil-war era Cannons and Gatling Guns. Or, employ more exotic weapons like steam-powered Gyrocopters and Zeppelins, and enlist the help of dark forces like Werewolves and Necromancers.
• Living Legends - choose a "Living Legend" as the leader of your forces. Each of the 9 unique legends grow in power as you play with them, and promote different play styles. Will you pick your foes off from a distance as Wyatt "Long-Arm" Wilcox, or focus on brute force with the help of ace gunslinger John "6-eyes" McGraw?
• Custom Games - choose from a variety of maps, set up the rules, and play with or against AI or human players via local, hot-seat play.

Lost Frontier FAQ
Is Lost Frontier free?
Lost Frontier is not free (it costs 3.99), however it doesn't contain in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Lost Frontier legit?
🤔 The Lost Frontier app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
Cool game but it’s just too hard to actually enjoy. There is no reason why it should be this difficult even at lower levels. If your already fighting with less troops, then factor in your not making as much as the enemy and they can keep buying more reinforcements even while they are ahead. It doesn’t really make sense that the game does this.
Great little game!
Any fan of the advance wars series will love this. A nice old-school strategy game with character progression elements. Has been a mainstay on my phone for many years. Nothing too flashy but worth the price in a morass of pay to win games!
I wish I knew there were supernatural element to this game
Idk why it really turned me off! I was enjoying it before then..take out the “weird” stuff and there should be less dialogue…
Loved battleheart legacy where fantasy actually makes sense
Very fun, light strategy game
Fun game with good music and visuals though the AI is pretty weak and it seems silly you still have to sit through all the tutorial messages even after you beat the campaign and are using unlockable characters meaning you must have already played through all the tutorials already and know how the units work.
Also just a few bugs I want to report. Only one is legitimately game breaking, and it's a very niché scenario:
-If the final enemy unit is a Machine and Crazy Jake destroys it and converts it to his side using his Legend ability, the game soft locks as it doesn't recognize that the last unit was killed and the end of the mission doesn't trigger, so you can't finish the level and are forced to surrender. After spending a solid 20-30 minutes on one of the later missions, this was a very annoying glitch to run into.
-Crazy Jake's ability "Better Than New" does not do anything. I hand tested it in a custom game and it never raised a unit's attack values or (as far as I could tell) defense. I tried Jake healing undamaged unit, Jake healing damaged unit, Engineer healing undamaged unit, Engineer healing damaged unit, and none of it provided the unit with the effects of Snake Oil (unless you meant that as a joke, like how "Snake Oil" is phony in real life, though I doubt that was the intent in game as Snake Oil men do in fact serve a purpose in game).
-Nadia Ramanov's units are supposed to have a 20% attack bonus during night time, but the reverse is actually true, she gets 20% attack bonus during daytime and no bonus at night which doesn't fit her vampire theming.
-Clive Hawkins is supposed to get extra money during daytime, but he instead gets extra money during night time.
-Edmund Ghast is supposed to get extra money at night but he gets it during the day. I'm just gonna go out on a limb and assume all day/night Living Legend interactions are accidentally reversed, as while I haven't tested all of them, all the interactions I've teated are backwards.
-Edmund Ghast's legend ability where all his units adjacent to a friendly grave yard heal 30%, doesn't care whether or not the UNITS are friendlies. Meaning in an Edmund mirror match, the enemy Ghast gets healing from your graveyards. Seems like an oversight, should probably only heal friendly units not just "Any player who happens to be playing Ghast.
Only Extremely hard mode
never leave reviews but this one is needed. The gameplay is fun the the levels are SUPER HARD. I even bought the “in app purchases” to level my heroes to the max. Nope, still incredibly hard. Looking up some reviews online, this is many people’s issue with this game. There needs to be an Easy, Hard, and Extreme mode, in my opinion. Please make these modes available. The community wants them.
Really fun turn based strategy game
This game is really fun. Different unit types, immersive story, and difficult but not impossible. One of the best games I’ve played in years.
Owned this game for years and keep coming back
I think I bought this game 5 years ago, and I wanted to write a review because I just got back into it and it’s just as good as I remembered.
Well balanced and interesting turn based play, Tom of replay value, and it’s not intimidating to learn the mechanics and get started.
I’m mainly writing this review for the developer to encourage them to keep making this type of content. It’s a shame this didn’t get a bigger audience but if you happen on it now you’ll still love it. Also there’s no bugs or crashes which can sometimes be a concern with old games.
Could be great, but difficulty is a bit ridiculous
This game as such potential but without an option to change the difficulty it gets a bit ridiculous. Idk how anyone could ever get more than 1 star on some of these, and then level 11 is just annoyingly difficult. You’re just fighting a near impossible uphill battle while getting blasted with cannons and I feel the game does not give you enough resources to even make it fun. I don’t really wanna just keep churning out basic units for 20 rounds until I maybeee finally break through…which I haven’t yet hah there is a balance between difficult and fun and difficult and not fun and this is already leaning too much towards the later. Adding the ability to change the difficulty setting would benefit this game greatly.
Not fitted for modern phones
I absolutely love this game, but since upgrading my old phone I don’t want to play it due to the format only being for older, smaller phones
Amazing strategy game
Astonishing this game doesn’t have a perfect rating. It’s an immersive strategy game with a great story provided without ads or in app purchases. Download it and enjoy something uncommon in this day an age: an engaging and fun experience completely free of charge.
