I open lotust without bvn now they are telling me to put bvn before i can do transfer And i dont ave bvn

The money I deposited into the bank. I can’t access it again , telling me one story of the other

1-Simple transactions statements is not possible on updating the app. Recent transactions list show some but definitely not most recent ones! 2-The above review has improved. Yet not perfect. 3- With this new update, I cannot log out because the tab to click to log out is out of reach for clicking.

After updating the app I can’t log in, I keep getting an error message saying invalid login details

App not opening Very bad How am I going to operate the account when the app is not working

Everything is wrong with this App. Sending and receiving money is never instant. It can last for days. Developers need to improve so much on it.

The mobile App is good for nothing. I haven't been able to make a single transaction for a month now. This has left me stranded, frustrated, disgusted etc 😡

This app is a joke. Put your money in or risk your finances at your own peril. No prior notifications regarding downtime and no proper response to customers.

This is very worst of you guys….I’ve not received an alert of the money sent to me for like two hours ago

Can’t view transactions details. Pls kindly provide access for user to e able to view details all transactions.
