Lotus Bank App

This is a worse banking app I have ever seen I regret opening this lotus account

I have been trying to log in to the Lotus Bank app for the past some weeks, but I keep receiving the same error that my password is incorrect. I have followed all the instructions provided and tried multiple times, but the issue persists. This has been very frustrating, and I need assistance to resolve it.

Onboarding was smooth and straightforward. Nice interface as well.

I came to NIMSA Games which is sponsored by Lotus Bank, and I was told to open an account Which I have been trying to open on the app for hours now, it keeps saying “Account Opening Failed” And they made registration compulsory Why would something as easy as opening an account be so Problematic on such a day like this.. I am not happy at all

This app is by far the worst banking app I have ever come across; from loading slowly to not allowing you access to your money; I hope the developers get arrested for this trash of an app

The app sucks I’ve been trying to open it for more than a week now. I’ve even deleted severally and re-download yet to no avail. It’s slow in responding, it sometimes do not reverse transactions like recharge of airtime, you recharge no airtime and your money is gone. You can do better please Lotus bank.

I mean.. it’s okay. The app works. And teaches you patience along the way. The graphics are mid, it has a slow response time, you’d make a transaction and have to wait approx. two minutes be for you can even tell the transaction was successful and the app is designed very old school. Hiring good developers would fix many of the problems the app has. But I mean, it works… Still, try to do something to make it better please
