My wishlist disappeared (for the third time) about two months ago. It says it doesn’t exist and to start one. When I go to create a new list it tells me that I can’t add more than 20 items to my list. Essentially confirming that I had one. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I have tried logging on to the website via a browser and nothing works. I wish they would correct this glitch.

The app is not representing the brand! My wishlist is never stored! The simplest tasks are not taken into consideration! Horrible app!

Where’s my wish list? One would think, a Company such as Louis Vuitton would have their app functioning at its best. I’ve created a wish list 5 times..Every time I go back to it, it’s non existent. By the time I search for the product(s) AGAIN ; I get to the point of having to rethink if I really want and/or need the product(s) I’ve saved. Then the process of a potential purchase starts all over again. Whereas, if my wish list is available; I know I’ve already looked at, thought on it, slept on it & researched my options. And I can immediately move items from wish list to cart..Annoying to say the least.

i would love it more if the wishlist worked in the app like it used to. i just want to see my list and delete what i have gotten and keep my list easy to access. if you could please fix that bug. it’s been a couple of months now and when i can’t someone. they said it would be working soon and still nothing. please and thank you

The wish list feature no longer works. Al the items I had saved are gone and now the app won’t save any to my wishlist. It says it does when I click the button on an item, but then when I go to list, it’s empty. Have logged out and deleted app and re-downloaded and still doesn’t work. Please fix!!!

Why on earth would you not put the dimensions of the bags in the app? This is the most important piece of information when selecting a bag. You list the strap drop, but not bag size. This makes the app useless to me for browsing product.

I’ve always enjoyed this app, but lately I cannot view my wish list. If I add something, it says it was added to my wish list but when I go to the wish list, it’s empty. I’m logged in and can see prior purchases. Only the wish list is blank.

This app is useless. LVMH is worth all these billions and can’t even fix a simple app???

The app doesn’t work well at all! When I first signed up, it had someone else’s orders on my page? Also, I had a wish list but it disappeared and when I try to add anything, it says you can’t add more than 20 items but yet nothing there…Do better LV!
