The app just shows an error whenever you launch it that the network connection is lost. The network connection is not lost. Hope for an app that works is lost.

I do like this app but it’s not working right now can you fix this

Latest version does not seem to allow you to zoom in to take a good look at the products. Very disappointing that they’ve taken away or forgotten this feature. A lot of the text is also quite small so it’s difficult to see on a phone.

For an app that just accesses the web pages this app is SLOW. Even when you open the app, you have to wait while it does an extraordinarily long and pointless animation. Maybe good the first time but after that you just want to use the app instantly. Pages often don’t load and images don’t load either. Good grief Louis Vuitton, what are you playing at?

Was asked to download the LV app to arrange an online repair request. The page won’t load and freezes with a loading circle so I can’t proceed with the request. Not great when customer service have asked me to do this. Can this be fixed?

App dosnt let you see order history just keeps circling doesn't respond disssapointing

Would give this zero stars if I could. I tried to order on the LV website previously but upon logging in at checkout it would state unauthorised access! I googled the solution and was told to download the app and order from there. I downloaded the app and all its doing is booting me out at checkout!!! I needed a present for my daughter’s 18th birthday but finding it difficult to order as are many others!! So unimpressed

One of the worst experiences of online shopping. App is great for viewing but wish lists and unbelievably purchases and it fails. Had to use the safari website instead of the app to make the purchase.
