A lot of recipes are not FODMAP friendly
I like the idea of this app, however I have come across a lot of recipes which are not FODMAP friendly. There are a lot of bean recipes (most beans are high in FODMAP), I’ve seen recipes with onion in the title, asparagus etc which are known high FODMAP ingredients. I have been low FODMAP previously so I’m mostly used to what is and isn’t allowed in the diet, just looking for new recipes to try. Certain recipes are misleading to someone who is new to the low FODMAP, which is dangerous as the diet is generally done for medical reasons.
