Description

Are you tired of suffering from the symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)? The FODMAP diet is a proven method for reducing or eliminating these symptoms, and our app makes it easy to follow!
Developed by Australian researchers in 2005, the FODMAP diet involves removing certain carbohydrates from your diet over a specific period of time. But everyone's body is different, which is why our app offers a personalized analysis of your diet.
While it's not free, our app is much cheaper than a visit to a nutritionist. With our easy-to-use interface, you can systematically record what you eat and the symptoms you experience after eating. By keeping track of your meals, you can identify which foods trigger your symptoms and avoid them in the future.
With the integration of Open AI into our app, we've taken it to the next level of intelligence. It's now easier than ever to whip up delicious recipes. Simply select your desired ingredients, choose the role of AI, and voila! Prepare to be amazed by the mouthwatering recipes that await you. Get ready to unleash the power of AI and elevate your culinary experience like never before!
And for your convenience, our app can even use HealthKit to log your symptoms automatically. Rest assured, it will ask for your permission first.
Our app was developed in collaboration with Dietary Specialist Sarah Munn, so you can trust that it's based on the latest research and expertise. Download it now and take control of your IBS symptoms with the FODMAP diet!

Low FODMAP diet foods for IBS Reviews

Okay-ish

Tam8687 on

I like searching for food but not everything is there. Thinks like crispbreads aren’t listed but I can search for the individual ingredients. I like the ability to log food and also log and pain bloating but for some reason I can’t change the time against the food entries. If I click the time is closes the keyboard. Very frustrating. Currently on a free trial but not sure I’ll keep it if it’s not fixed

A useful app although a lot of foods / drinks are not included. Could do with updating

Seems like a good app for the basic needs of a fodmap diet. I like this app, but to continue using I would like to see a backlog feature as I’m very forgetful! :)

Crashes

Stamelos on

No longer works as crashes when trying to open on iPhone.

“Ok”

Norwichjase on

It seems good but it’s not massively comprehensive and lots of food missing.

No demo or tour

Dzsóvián on

United States

You have to pay for a subscription before you can even see a demo or explore all the features. Why would I pay for an app before it’s clear what it does?

It helps.

Easy access to Hugh amount of entries.

Should be free

After one day. I cancelled subscription because it did not contain enough. The food list you couldn't speak or type in You had to go thru list which was limited. To view recipes. You had to go to a site that forwarded you an inside. So recipes could not be saved for later

A little lacking

One Target Shoppin MaMa on

Some ingredients that are like Main stream now in healthy food are not in app. So it’s kinda pointless for me.

Not enough foods & yearly price is discouraging

amy94102 on

This App only has 400 foods And it doesn’t give you the instant info about quantities - some FODMAP foods are fine at low doses but symptoms increase with quantity. Use Monash University instead Also this App constantly hides the info you want & is pushing you to buy but doesn’t reveal info to let you know if it worth buying I’m using the Monash University App & it covers much more info than this one. It’s expensive (for an App) but it’s a one time purchase price Sorry I’m going to delete this App
