Won’t connect!
I purchased the LTS DVR 16 channel and it will not connect with your app! I have installed many systems and this is awful!

Cmon LTS
The old analog apps are more functional and user friendly than this. Constantly freezes up, loses connection, hard to organize favs.
App crashes
Ever since update to iOS 17 - App crashes all the time
New update on 3/13 fixed the problem
The app completely stopped working after the update a week or so ago and I contacted them. A new update on 3/13 fixed the issue Thank You!
Quick fix
Support quickly fixed app when they realized that there was a bug. It works great and use it every day!
App. Not working
After last update 3/9/2023. App will not open. Just crashes. Please restore old version or do another update. Reason for going with this camera system was for remote access to cameras.

I just updated… 3/11/23 does not work…
Pointless
So much for a security camera. I need to know who is at my door and now with this new stupid update- the app is useless. Please fix this ASAP…NOW!!!!
Update broke it
App won’t open on IPhone after an update. I updated my IOS too. Impossible to get ahold of someone at the company to report it or through Apple.
App isn’t working with latest update on Apple
