Luas

Some reviews from 12 years ago are still relevant today. This app is dated and the interface is not user friendly. It should easily be able to provide real times for more than just two trams and even then the timings are not accurate sometimes. I have missed a luas on more than one occasion. The anti social behaviour function is useless. Tried it multiple times on one occasion where there was a serious issue but they didn’t even bother responding to it. What’s the point of implementing it then when passenger safety is not taken seriously? I still can’t get over how this is the official Luas app.

It redirected me to google maps all the time and it’s hard to find the destination.😡one star is already too much for it😡😡😡

Would have expected that it would calculate your route- it doesn’t.

Times are frequently different (i.e. wrong) compared to the actual real time at the stops. This uncertainty has made this app pointless.

Used to be great but constantly offline now so useless

This app has made me late for work on a number of occasions the app will say Luas is due in 5 minutes but really would be due in 10 minutes other time it would say Luas is due in 15 minutes and you will see the Luas passing you within 5 minutes don't trust the app

The app was almost unusable in its previous version on the iPhone 6S. Now it looks nice, works without lag and does exactly what you want it to do. Great Job!
