The Lucid Hearing app is compatible with all U-series Powered by Lucid hearing aid models as well as Engage, Present, Fio and Tala hearing aids.

Settings keep changing with no input

When I see the hearing volume to control both at the same time they seem to work ok for approximately 10-15 minutes. For no reason the volume goes to to max on the left and goes down on the right. Although I set the volume to both it automagically switched to individual volume - tech has no answer. Shame you pay almost 2grand for them and get 0 help on this issue

App is barely sufficient compared to the cost of the hearing aids! Do not recommend.

I was surprised to see that lucid technologies put out an app and streaming aid which is so woefully deficient in so many areas. Sound quality is horrible using the streaming app. Additionally, if you stream from your iPhone device to the aids you must keep the iPhone in direct view of the aids. ie: you cannot put the phone in your pocket or the signal cuts out. One would have thought that with the good hearing technology used in the aids that the streaming would be at least as reliable and sound good. Very disappointed and unsettled with this product. I switched from having a 96 channel aids to the streaming aids because the 96’s did not have streaming and I did not want to have to change from hearing aids to iPods to stream. The in store specialists are not able to fix or give any reason for the tech failure though they are friendly and usually helpful with aid issues. I would consider a different hearing aid system personally and to prospective customers.

This app is terrible! Does not stay connected to blue tooth. The only way to reconnect is to start all over by turning off the hearing aid; disconnect the battery; deleting the app from my device; and rebooting my the phone. That is ridiculous! Hold off from using the Lucid app or get a hearing aid from another company with a reliable app.

I had to get my hearing aids recalibrated, and an update to my phone control. Now I have to choose which ear to take calls and listen to music from my phone. I can no longer adjust volume for both ears through the phone. We’ve tried everything, and the app refuses to connect with both hearing aids.

when hearing aids are connected to an iPhone, the connection with the hearing aids will randomly disconnect. So the hearing aids are fine, the app not so much.

The app has never worked correctly for more than a few minutes. I am constantly opening and closing the battery doors to reset them. I have paired them only to have to “forget them” and start all over. Presently it recognizes and pairs with only the left ear. Doesn’t find the right ear. It’s sad to spend so much $$ for a product that only works right a minimal amount of time. If the HAs were dependent upon the app to completely function they would have been returned many weeks back. Please fix th app and make it right.
