Lucy in the Sky Store

I ordered a dress for my nephew’s wedding, back in the beginning September, the dress was a bit tight. So I sent the dress back to Luck and the Sky and that was way over a month ago! So far it shows that they have not received my return! I’m very upset about this!!

i ordered a dress on sep. 11, my confirmation email said it would ship october 4th, which was already cutting it close to when i needed it. (oct. 12) their website reassured it would be delivered in enough time and ive ordered before with no problems getting a dress on time. after not getting any email confirming my order had been shipped, i sent an email on the 5th. now today on the 9th, they finally responded saying the dress would ship in another 72 HOURS. $65 DOWN THE DRAIN. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

After 3 weeks of ordering they said my dress will be shipped in two weeks and it’s been a month i haven’t gotten any refund yet!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!! I JUST WANT MY REFUND!!!!

Takes way too long to ship, anytime I try to contact them no one’s available.

On 9/5/24 I made a purchase for a dress. I realized right after I purchased it. It wouldn’t be here in time so I canceled the order less than two minutes. It is now 9/16/24 and I have tried to contact y’all and every way possible to get my money back and I still haven’t gotten it back. It’s been canceled this entire time since 9/5/24 but still I’m waiting for my money. The dress was $55 and nobody contacts me back. Your chat line that’s on your website says nobody is available every time I try to use it no matter what time of day it is. It’s always unavailable. I want somebody to give me my $55 back. I have told you my order number in so many emails that I have sent which I don’t want to say what it is on here but maybe you’ll read this and somebody will refund my $55. I don’t want store credit. I canceled it less than two minutes and it has said canceled this whole time so please give me my money back for god sakes!! Someone respond to me This is absolutely ridiculous!!!! If you purchase from this place, they will never give you your money back. They are nothing but a fraud. If you do a refund, you only get store credit. But if you cancel an item right away after two minutes, you’ll still be waiting to get your money like I am. So don’t waste your time on this site.

I bought one dress and this was short for me, so I returned. I was waiting to get my money back to my bank account, and I discovered this money went to my website account and I can’t ask to my money back. So this is a scam.

they might have cute stuff, but nothing is ever in stock. they do not answer customer service and do not care to ship quickly. no one is ever “online” to answer my questions.
