Worst website ever
Things you want don’t restock. So when you need a different size you cannot exchange. They hold your money and don’t do refunds. So then you have to buy something you didnt want or need in the first place. Make sure to check WHEN the item will ship as even though it seems like something is “in stock” there’s a chance it won’t ship for two weeks or possibly ever. 2 items I bought showed in stock and I had to contact customer service just to tell me they don’t have it. So stupid.
Horrible costumer service
I rarely write reviews, but I'm really disappointed. I've been shopping at Lucy in the Sky since 2020, but I guess they don't care about their customers. I know they give store credit, and I've never had any issues with it because I've always loved buying clothes from them, but that changed recently when I received my dress, which has a stain and the sleeve does not stay on. I emailed customer services and explained the situation, explaining that I can't get store credit because the dress won't arrive in time for my cruise, so I requested for a refund so I don’t lose my money since I do have to buy another dress in-store. I think it's very unprofessional of them to say they can't do anything about it, especially since I've spent so much money at their store and I just want a refund. I advise you guys to shop elsewhere because if your dress doesn't fit or you decide you don't like it, they won't give you anything else but store credit, and they take a very long time to ship their items. They just lost a very loyal customer!
THIS IS THE WORST
when you have an item in your favorites and it goes completely out of stock, it will NOT let you remove it. idk about you but i actually plan to get the clothes in my favorites and clothes i can never get or will never be back take up space. they need to fix this ASAP
Love it!
I love the dresses. I’ve used it for all the homecoming dances and graduation. I’ve noticed it has a long delivery (depends) please make sure to order the first week of the month before any events. As soon as you know the date is later in a month. Order it now!!
Terrible experience
I ordered a dress for prom, I was informed that it would take a while for the dress to be shipped so I ordered it two months in advance. A month passes and my dress has been labeled as “out for delivery” for over a week. Since there is no number to contact this business with, and never anyone available in their so called live chat. I’ve been emailing them back and forth for over a week now, and not a single problem has been resolved because they refuse to take responsibility for their actions and lack of ability to run a business. I highly recommend not ordering from this brand or supporting it as they have been the worst people to work with on resolving this issue.
Disappointing
They have a lot of cute dresses, but you have to look at the sizing because everything runs extremely small. Not to mention, depending on your size and the dress you pick some dresses won’t even ship out until a month. what I found to be extra disappointing is if a dress doesn’t fit you when you return it they only offer store credit so beware when buying.

Have yet to get my dresses i ordered almost two months ago. Says they should have shipped march 7th and they have still yet to be shipped
What happened to the all the managers
I sent a mail, left chat, did everything, but no one literally replied for long days and i still want to cancel my order!

multiple times i have tried to order from here, and everytime i have been failed. everytime i either have to get a refund or order a new dress i didnt want just for it to come on time. They do not keep u updated on ur packages and almost ALWAYS give u a false shipping date !!!! NEVER BUY FROM HERE unless u want ur dress to ship three months after u actually need it.

i ordered my dress january 14th, my winter formal was on february 2nd. so obviously i’m thinking that my dress will arrive way before the dance. january 30th comes around, still no dress. my expected shipping date was the 16th, then i checked again and they moved it to the 31st. so i emailed one of the employees and she told me it wouldn’t get to my house until FEBRUARY 14th. i cancelled it and they gave me my refund, the employee told me that i could get my dress quicker if i clicked 24 hour shipping. i did this again , chose a different dress, clicked 24 hour shipping , and even paid a little more for express shipping. heads up, that doesn’t work either because my projected delivery date is february 7th. do NOT order here unless you want to wait 2 months for your dress.
