Because of new update I can’t order anymore from lulu. It Doesn’t any find items .
Get back the old app!
The new app is much more cumbersome to use, and often it doesn’t work at all. Reverting to other online shopping options now.
idiotic step
recent changes to the app have introduced drastic and unnecessary modifications that have significantly impacted my user experience. I am no longer able to place orders or search for products easily, as the app has become overly complicated. Using it is no longer enjoyable or convenient, and I feel it’s not worth using anymore. As you can see from my order history, my activity has declined since these changes were implemented. I strongly believe that the previous version of the app was far better in terms of usability and functionality. I kindly request that you consider reverting to the old app or making improvements to address these issues, as the recent changes seem unnecessary and have taken away the simplicity that made the app so effective.

Not good at all,,when you search something it says “items not found”…you need to fixed it….

App is not working.. too bad.. you have to fix it… whenever i sestch for something or press on any tab is says item not found. Unfortunately u r losing customers this way.
