I have been ordering from Lulu online since the last 5 years or so, and since corona hit, the behavior of their delivery people had been changed drastically. They ask us to take item from the cart and stay far away and that is understandable during corona time, but same behavior continued and even when I write to keep the item next to the door they still call and ring the door as they don’t want to carry the item and empty the cart… how rude
Very poor customer service
Placed an order on the app, was waiting for delivery as scheduled. No delivery came, waited much longer. Finally checked with customer care and they said we cancelled your order! No call no message no information to customer! They initiated refund but only refunded for product cost, when they had charged for plastic bag and delivery also, which they didn’t refund! Looks like a sly way of making money without delivery of goods!

I have downloaded the app months ago but still haven’t been able to use it , each time I try to search for a product it goes to a page saying” product not available go to home page “and that’s it . It hasn’t gone further then that for me . I have asked their staff for help in a number of their stores but they too did not have a clue. It is unbelievably for such a huge supermarket chain to have such issues. In short I haven’t been able to order anything from them online.
